Rules of the road.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on our content without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Acme Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these terms or if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such action is necessary.

• You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings
• Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately
• Certain provisions of these terms will survive termination

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
